1 IN EVERY 5 FLIGHTS ARE DELAYED, IF YOU LOOK HARD ENOUGH ON THEIR WEB SITE YOU WILL FIND IT THERE, BUT THEIR WORDS ARE "80% OF OUR FLIGHTS LEAVE ON TIME" IT SOUNDS A LITTLE BETTER I GUESS.
YOU MIGHT THINK, WELL THE TICKET PRICES ARE LOW ENOUGH SOME DELAYS HERE AND THERE I CAN HANDLE. WELL MAYBE YOU CAN BUT IF YOU HAVE A CONNECTING FLIGHT WITH THEM AND THE DELAY ON THE FIRST FLIGHT MAKES TOU MISS THE SECOND FLIGHT THEN YOU HAVE LOST YOUR SECOND FLIGHT FOREVER, NO REFUND, NO SEAT ON THE NEXT FLIGHT, NO HELP AT ALL EXCEPT FOR A SMALL PIECE OF PAPER WITH A FAX NUMBER AND A POSTAL ADDRESS THE ONLY 2 AVENUES TO CONTACT THEM FOR FEEDBACK. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS PROCESS WITH THEM TO GET A LETTER FROM THEM TO GIVE TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO GET A REFUND FOR THE LOST FLIGHTS. I FAXED MY FEEDBACK TO THEM ON THE 23-APRIL AND RECEIVED A REPLY ON 28-MAY AND THEN FORWARDED IT ON TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY, SO IT TOOK OVER 8 WEEKS TO GET MY INSURANCE PAYOUT FOR THE LOST TICKETS FOR MY FAMILY OF 4 THAT I HAD TO BUY ON THE SPOT HALF WAY TO MY DESTINATION.
